Shipping policy

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Domestic shipping within the U.S. typically takes 3-7 business days once product has shipped.  Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has shipped. 

When your order has FREE SHIPPING, please be reminded that it will be either USPS GROUND or USPS PRIORITY MAIL.  Per the USPS, both can be delivered at the same time within 2-3 business days, however, it could be up to 5 business days depending on the destination.

For the holiday season during the month of December, that all deliveries will be delayed estimated 7 to 10 business depending on the destination. 

All custom-handmade jewelry orders may take up to 10 business days or less to ship.  We appreciate your patience. We'll notify you once it will be shipped separately from other items you have on your order via email.

We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you, however, we'll be happy to assist you to the best we can.
