Refund policy

We have a 14 days return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.   The return shipping label cost is on you.

Damaged, Defective and other issues 


Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at least within 48 hours at nvcraze777@gmail.com with at least 3 photos (full picture of the item, and the defective areas) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.  We'll be happy to evaluate the issue and make it right for you.

Your return shipping label cost is on us if you received your order damaged, defective, and wrong item.

Non-Returnable Items/ Exceptions

All NVCRAZE! products including MCC Prime Lifestyle products that are opened and used, without tags, labels and not in original packaging or broken packaging, also, this includes all products purchased on sale or part of a promotion, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns.  

FINAL SALE "AS IS" on all personalized or customized jewelry are non-returnable items and cannot be cancelled once the order is placed.  No exceptions.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

 

Exchanges or Replacement
We'll be happy to process a replacement for you.  However, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and follow the return instructions above.  Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method excluding the shipping cost within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
